Both options hold the same voucher value and are used in the same way. The choice is simply about how you would like to give the gift.

Yes. Your voucher holds a running balance, so you can spend part of it and keep the remaining value on the same code for a future visit. You can check the value redeemed and the balance remaining at any time.
Vouchers are accepted at all Shumaila’s clinics. A voucher bought at one clinic can be redeemed at any of the others.
There is no fixed validity period. An expiry date is set individually when the voucher is sold and will always be a future date. The same approach applies to e-cards, clinic collection and posted physical cards.
E-cards are emailed to you once payment is confirmed. They are currently sent manually by the team, so the page should not promise instant delivery.
You can collect a physical card from a clinic for £5, or choose UK-mainland post for £10. International shipping is not available. A final collection process and delivery-timescale statement should be added only after operations approval.
Yes. The existing three-step journey includes a Personalise step, allowing the buyer to add their message before review and payment.
Yes. A Shumaila’s gift voucher is a bearer voucher: redemption needs only the six-character code and does not require an ID check. The recipient name is decorative, and an e-card can be re-sent to another email address on request.
There is currently no system route for a refund or cancellation, and vouchers cannot be edited once paid. A formal customer-facing policy must be included in the voucher terms before launch; this prototype does not claim a refund window.
There is no replacement or cancel-and-reissue process for physical cards. Treat the card and its code as you would cash and keep them secure.
